Meet the rabbits ...
Here are some of our current residents.
Those who are available for re-homing are marked - perhaps you could
consider giving them a loving new home? If you are interested then please
contact us. It is useful if you use our online pre-adoption form as it
tells us a little bit about your needs, experience and circumstances. You
can pull up the form by clicking HERE
or access it via our 'Contact us' page.

Bella and Jeremy [Available for ADOPTION ]Bella and Jeremy were both picked up as strays, so we know very little about them. |
Edmund [Available to SPONSOR ]Edmund was found as a stray in September 2010. |
Tilly [Available to SPONSOR ]Tilly was picked up as a stray, in a very underweight condition, and covered in urine burn. We estimate her to be about 2 years old. |
Chloe [Available to SPONSOR ]Chloe was picked up as a stray the day before Bonfire Night 2009. |
George and Ivy [Available to SPONSOR ]George and Ivy were both picked up as strays. We think that George is probably about 10 years old, and Ivy about 4 years old. |
Brian [Available to SPONSOR ]Brian is another old boy who was picked up as a stray. |
Harvey [Available to SPONSOR ]Harvey is a one year old blue eyed white rabbit. |
Tig and Katie [Available to SPONSOR ] |
Josh [Available to SPONSOR ]Josh is a neutered male Dutch type rabbit. |
Dougal [Available to SPONSOR ]Dougal was left behind, with three other rabbits, when someone moved house. He was very poorly at first, and needed a dental once he was a little better. |
Bluebell [Available to SPONSOR ]BLUEBELL has had a terrible time over the first month or so she was with us. She was found with a lot of milk in her teats, but no sign of any babies - goodness only knows what had been done to the babies before abandoning Bluebell. She was distraught for a few days, as she desperately missed her babies and she also developed mastitis and was in a lot of pain and discomfort with that. A few days after being found she had to have a dental under general anaesthetic, and then two weeks after this she had 3 still born babies - she must have been a few days pregnant when found, and our vet says the anaesthetic will have harmed the babies. She was very thin, but her pregnancy couldn't be detected during a physical examination unfortunately. She is gradually regaining her body weight now, and is a very, very cheeky rabbit. She will stay with us as a house rabbit, but she would love some sponsors and pawpals. |
Bunty [Available to SPONSOR ]BUNTY is two and a half years old. She lives with DANDY and must stay with him as they are fully bonded and love to cuddle up together. Bunty is a little bit nervous of being handled but has never shown any signs of aggression. Don't forget, rabbits can live for 14 years. |
Bonnie and Clyde [Available to SPONSOR ]Bonnie and Clyde are 6 year old brother and sister buns. Clyde is neutered, he can be a little bit nervous but Bonnie is very nervous and this shows as agression. She will need a patient and experienced owner to give her the love and time that she needs to build her confidence up. Bonnie and Clyde muct be rehomed together.Bonnie is in the top photo, and Clyde is the bottom bun! Don't forget, rabbits can live till they are 12 to 14 years old. |
Star [Available to SPONSOR ]STAR is a four year old female who came to us along with her son, Bramble, from a lovely home where due to circumstances they could no longer give these two lovely rabbits the time they need. At the moment Star is a little bit wary of being handled. She is a BIG rabbit (not really suitable for handling by small children)! Star has really bonded with Morag and Bigwig and the three buns are never very far from each other, often to be seen in a big heap, snoozing in the sun! She will stay with her two friends. |

Flora [Available to SPONSOR ]Flora is a lovely girl. She is a little bit shy, I think in the past she has been mishandled, but she does enjoy a cuddle. She is blind and needs to have an unchanging environment, so she will stay with us, along with her "guide pigs for the blind" who she gets on very well with. She was picked up as a stray, so we don't know her age. The guinea pigs are mother and daughter. Milly is 11 months old, and her daughter Lucy is 5 months old. The piggies immediately run to Flora if they are unsure of anything, and they all sleep together. |
Biscuit [Available to SPONSOR ]BISCUIT was picked up as a stray in late October 2006. He was a little bit underweight, but soon gained that. Until his neutering operation took effect he had to be kept separate from the girls, so he used to come into the house and follow the dogs and cats around! He is a very friendly boy. He is in his element now, sharing a run with Pipkin, Hazel and Misty. |
Morag [Available to SPONSOR ]MORAG was a loved family pet for two years, until the children of the family grew bored with her. Goodness knows why, as she is the sweetest, cuddliest bun you are ever likely to meet. Always ready for a cuddle and to have her ears scritched, she is one of the friendliest bunnies I have ever met. She has formed a brilliant friendship with Bigwig and Star and the three buns love to lie together either sleeping or grooming each other. |
